Prawn Fried Rice

Perfect for: A quick gourmet-style seafood dinner

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups cooked Indian Harvest Pure Classic XXL Basmati Rice

  • 200g prawns (cleaned and deveined)

  • 1 tbsp oil

  • 1 tbsp minced garlic

  • 1 tbsp soy sauce

  • ½ tsp black pepper

  • ½ cup chopped spring onions

  • 1 tsp sesame oil (optional)

  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Heat oil in a wok, add garlic, and sauté till aromatic.
  2. Add prawns and cook on high heat for 3–4 minutes till pink and slightly crisp.
  3. Add soy sauce, pepper, and salt. Stir well.
  4. Add Pure Classic XXL Basmati Rice and toss everything on high flame for 2–3 minutes.
  5. Finish with sesame oil and chopped spring onions. Serve hot.

Serving: 2–3 people
Ready in: 25 minutes

Tip: Add scrambled egg or chili flakes for an Asian-style variation.
