Paneer Tikka Rice Bowl
Perfect for: A modern fusion meal or a vegetarian protein bowl
Ingredients:

1½ cups cooked Indian Harvest Pure Classic XXL Basmati Rice

200g paneer (cubed)

1 tbsp tikka masala or tandoori spice mix

2 tbsp yogurt
-
1 tbsp oil or butter
-
½ cup bell peppers and onions (cubed)

Fresh coriander and lemon for garnish
Method:
- Marinate paneer cubes and vegetables with yogurt, tikka masala, and salt for 15 minutes.
- Heat a grill pan or tawa and roast them till golden and slightly charred.
- Warm the Pure Classic XXL Rice and spread it in a serving bowl.
- Top with grilled paneer and veggies.
- Garnish with coriander leaves, lemon wedges, and a drizzle of butter.
Serving: 2–3 people
