Paneer Tikka Rice Bowl

Perfect for: A modern fusion meal or a vegetarian protein bowl

Ingredients:

  • 1½ cups cooked Indian Harvest Pure Classic XXL Basmati Rice

  • 200g paneer (cubed)

  • 1 tbsp tikka masala or tandoori spice mix

  • 2 tbsp yogurt

  • 1 tbsp oil or butter

  • ½ cup bell peppers and onions (cubed)

  • Fresh coriander and lemon for garnish

Method:

  1. Marinate paneer cubes and vegetables with yogurt, tikka masala, and salt for 15 minutes.
  2. Heat a grill pan or tawa and roast them till golden and slightly charred.
  3. Warm the Pure Classic XXL Rice and spread it in a serving bowl.
  4. Top with grilled paneer and veggies.
  5. Garnish with coriander leaves, lemon wedges, and a drizzle of butter.

Serving: 2–3 people
