Prawn Fried Rice
Perfect for: A quick gourmet-style seafood dinner
Ingredients:

2 cups cooked Indian Harvest Pure Classic XXL Basmati Rice

200g prawns (cleaned and deveined)

1 tbsp oil

1 tbsp minced garlic

1 tbsp soy sauce
-
½ tsp black pepper
-
½ cup chopped spring onions
-
1 tsp sesame oil (optional)

Salt to taste
Method:
- Heat oil in a wok, add garlic, and sauté till aromatic.
- Add prawns and cook on high heat for 3–4 minutes till pink and slightly crisp.
- Add soy sauce, pepper, and salt. Stir well.
- Add Pure Classic XXL Basmati Rice and toss everything on high flame for 2–3 minutes.
- Finish with sesame oil and chopped spring onions. Serve hot.
Serving: 2–3 people
Ready in: 25 minutes

Tip: Add scrambled egg or chili flakes for an Asian-style variation.
